The Bruker Ascend 600 MHz NMR spectrometer with Avance III is a high-performance system designed for advanced molecular analysis and structural elucidation. Operating at 600 MHz for proton NMR (equivalent to a 14.1 Tesla magnet), this instrument provides exceptional sensitivity and resolution, making it ideal for studying complex molecules in various fields, including organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and materials science. The Ascend magnet technology offers a compact design with reduced helium consumption, ensuring long-term operational efficiency. Equipped with a Broadband Observe (BBO) probe, this spectrometer supports the analysis of multiple nuclei, including ¹H, ¹³C, ¹⁵N, and ³¹P, providing flexibility for a wide range of experiments. The system supports 1D and 2D NMR, diffusion-ordered spectroscopy (DOSY), relaxation studies, and variable-temperature (VT) experiments, allowing researchers to explore molecular interactions and conformational dynamics under different conditions. One of the key features of this system is its automated capabilities, including auto-shimming for optimal field homogeneity and a 24-slot autosampler, which enables high-throughput sample handling for increased efficiency. The temperature control unit allows precise regulation of sample conditions, making it ideal for studying temperature-sensitive compounds and reaction kinetics. The system is controlled via Bruker TopSpin software and IconNMR, a user-friendly automation interface that simplifies sample management and experiment setup. IconNMR allows for streamlined data acquisition, automated queuing of multiple samples, and efficient workflow management, making it particularly useful in shared laboratory environments. The Bruker Ascend 600 MHz NMR delivers high-quality results with the convenience of automation, making it a powerful tool for both routine and advanced research applications on structural elucidation, quantitative analysis, or dynamic studies.
The Bruker UltraShield 500 MHz NMR spectrometer with Avance III plays a key role in figuring out molecular structures and identifying chemicals. This research tool works at 500 MHz for proton NMR, which is the same as an 11.7 Tesla magnet. It comes with UltraShield technology to cut down on stray magnetic fields making it safer and more stable to use over time. The Avance III console offers exact digital RF control quick switching, and a high signal-to-noise ratio. This leads to top-notch spectra for many different uses. This NMR machine comes with a Broadband Observe (BBO) probe allowing users to examine several nuclei such as ¹H ¹³C, ¹⁵N, and ³¹P. It supports different methods ranging from 1D and 2D NMR to diffusion-ordered spectroscopy (DOSY), relaxation studies, and even solid-state NMR making it adaptable for examining various sample types. The 500MHz NMR spectrometer comes with manual sample loading and manual shimming giving researchers complete control to fine-tune the magnetic field for the best data quality. Bruker TopSpin software manages the system allowing for precise data gathering, processing, and examination.
